About these terms
By using Oh My Park, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
Information only
Our guides are general travel information, not professional advice. Opening hours, rides, rules, ticket types and prices change, sometimes without notice.
Always confirm the details with the official operator before you travel or buy anything. The decisions you make are your own responsibility.
Bookings are made with our partners
Oh My Park doesn't sell tickets and isn't a travel agent. When you book, you book with a partner such as Klook.
The contract, payment, cancellations, refunds and customer service are between you and that partner, under the partner's own terms. If something goes wrong with a booking, please contact the partner directly.
Affiliate links
Some links on Oh My Park are affiliate links. If you book through one, the partner may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. You can read exactly how this works in our affiliate disclosure.
Trademarks and photos
Oh My Park is not affiliated with any park or operator. Park names and trademarks belong to their owners, and we use them only to describe the places we write about.
Photos are used under their licences. Credits for every photo are on the image credits page.
Using our content
Our text, tables and layout are protected by copyright. You're welcome to link to our pages and to quote short parts, as long as you link back to the source.
Please don't copy or republish substantial parts of the site, or scrape it in bulk, without our written permission. To ask, email hello@ohmypark.com.

We link to other websites for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they work.
No warranties
We work hard to keep every guide correct (see how we work). Even so, the site is provided “as is”, without any guarantee that it is accurate, complete or always available.

As far as the law allows, Oh My Park is not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its information. This includes missed or changed bookings, closures and price changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If there's ever a dispute, we'll first try to settle it amicably. If that fails, the competent courts in Indonesia will decide.
